Hello, my name is Jeff. I'm not a highly educated person. My grammar, spelling, and punctuation are not perfect. But one thing I do love is inspiring people. I love challenging others to be more, to think differently, and to look at life from a different perspective. For years, I let my struggles with grammar and writing hold me back. Not anymore. I refuse to let that stop me from sharing what I've learned through life. I have a story to tell for anyone who is willing to listen.

Your Mind effects your health.
Question? Do you know how you think and your outlook on life, has alot to do with your health. Have you ever stopped to think about what your thinking about? How do you see yourself as a person? What stays on your mind most of the time? Worry, Anxiety and fear maybe. Good questions to ask yourself what am I think about. Alot of times what we think has a whole lot to do with how we feel. Here's somthing to try. Think somthing good today on purpose about yourself and your life today. Do you know we don't have to think about what everything that falls in our head. We can on purpose think about somthing else. I use to think in a very negative way about myself. My confidence and belief in myself was very low. Which caused me to always think nothing in my life could ever change or be any different. The way I changed that was to stop my stinking thinking. Started thinking on purpose! Now thinking on purpose takes alot of practice. What is the first thing you think of in the mornings when you wake up? Are your thoughts like, this is going to be a lousy day. Or I hate my job and so on, you get the point I hope. You see thinking that way first thing in the morning. You have already set yourself up for a rotten day. You have think like today is going to be a good day. My job is tuff but I have the privilege and opportunity to provide for my family. Here's one other thought. Say you know I choose to let today be a good day. I may not like everything that happens in my life today. That's ok but I'm planning ahead of time to have a good day no matter what comes my way. I will be happy today. That's on purpose thinking. When I started doing this I started feeling better physically, emotional, and mentally. Is this easy? Not at first, but doing this on purpose everyday, it starts to come natural. Just try for 30 days to think on purpose about your life and see how it makes you feel in your health. You may actually feel some change in your overall health. By doing this one simple thing. Mind, attitude, and emotions effects us all. Have and awesome day. www.jmaddoxhealth.com www.facebook.com/jeffhealth/
