I have tried bunches of diets. Yes I even found some that even worked. The main thing I have found out for myself is that diets alone is not something that can be done everyday for the rest of your life. The best option is to have a healthy lifestyle. I had to make the choice to live a healthier life. I was always tired and had no energy. Not only that I had alot of joint pain. I wanted to feel good I even tried to push myself past how I was felling. I thought that was just how my life was going to be. I had a friend of mine introduce me to a healthy way of living a life style change. I have more energy than I have had in years and my joint pain gets less and less everyday. Not only that I had got where I couldn't sleep. I was waking up every hour or two. Sometimes I would stay awake two hours at a time. I no longer have that problem anymore. I now sleep through the night. I am so thankful for my freind telling me about how to have a life style change for my health.
